Yes, you may obtain Renters Insurance through RentCafe or through your own insurance agent.

Rent is due on the first of the month. You can pay on RentCafe, in person at the local office, or use bill pay and have your bank mail us a check.

30-day notice prior to moving out.

If you need maintenance, you can request maintenance through RentCafe or by calling into the office. There is no charge for normal wear-and-tear repairs. If something needs repair because of damage by you or a visitor, you will be charged for the repair. If it is an after-hours emergency (i.e., no heat), call the emergency number at 937-207-4465.

You can hang pictures, window coverings, and have wall-mounted TVs. No painting allowed. We want you to make your space a home.

Our homes are in quiet neighborhoods. A perfect place to live. There are multiple nearby Local and State Parks. Springfield boasts many weekly activities. There is access to many Ohio State Routes, making the drive to Columbus, Dayton, or Beavercreek easy and manageable, allowing for unlimited shopping, restaurants, and nightlife options. The highway system also allows for living in Northridge and commuting to work in one of the nearby Big Cities.
